Azaju Terms of Service

Welcome to Azaju, the platform designed to help you discover, compare, and engage with mobile applications. The following Terms of Service govern your access to and use of azaju.com (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or registering with the Platform, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies we publish. Azaju reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform or otherwise communicated, and continued use after such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All material on the Platformâ€”including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and softwareâ€”is owned by Azaju or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without Azajuâ€™s prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.

With regard to user-generated content submitted to the Platform, you grant Azaju a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to operate and publicize the Platform. You represent that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

3. Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Platform may include links to third-party apps and content that are hosted, distributed, or maintained by external providers, including Google Play. Azaju does not host, store, manage, or control these apps on its own servers. The inclusion of such links does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or guarantee of the linked third-party content. Access to and use of third-party apps are governed by the terms and policies of the respective providers, including Google Playâ€™s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that Azaju bears no liability for the availability, accuracy, safety, or performance of any third-party app listed on the Platform. Your use of any linked app is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third-party terms.

4. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED â€œAS ISâ€ AND â€œAS AVAILABLE.â€ AZAJU MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AZAJU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM AZAJU OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. AZAJU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR FOR ANY CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES OFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AZAJU, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR (B) ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AZAJUâ€™S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO AZAJU FOR ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Azaju operates, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by Azaju. This section does not preclude you from asserting claims under applicable consumer protection laws where such laws apply.

7. Termination

Azaju may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms terminate, and you must cease all use of the Platform and destroy any downloaded or cached content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through the Platform or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
